Letter from the CEO: Udacity is now part of Accenture

We couldn’t be more excited to share that Udacity is now officially part of the Accenture team! Since we launched Udacity in 2011, we’ve served over 21 million professionals. These learners have leveraged the skills they’ve learned in Udacity classes to transform their lives for the better. Their stories are awe-inspiring. For example, last year Naquan Jacobs was able to transition from a rideshare driver into a full stack developer after completing his Nanodegree program. A Udacity course helped train the first female self-driving car engineer in Saudi Arabia. In fact, 84% of Udacity learners reported that they saw positive career outcomes after graduating with a Nanodegree program.

By joining forces with Accenture we will be able to reach even more learners across the world and contribute to more life-changing stories.

Kishore Durg, CEO of Accenture LearnVantage, echoed this sentiment. He said “We will continue to invest in Udacity’s business lines from direct to Consumer, to Enterprise, to Societal Impact. Together, these businesses create a flywheel that enables us to deliver a great customer experience with cutting-edge courses in highly-relevant topics. We’re looking forward to partnering with the Udacity team to provide customers with continued excellence, a best-in-class course catalog, and innovative technology that ensures customers achieve their learning goals.”

This is a special moment for us at Udacity as it represents an inflection point for accelerating our growth and impacting even more customers. To our customers, I’d like to add that we look forward to continuing our journey together and to delivering even greater outcomes to you in the future.

For anyone who is not a Udacity customer yet, please contact us and we’ll schedule some time to talk about your upskilling needs. Our team is ready to learn more about how our learning solution can drive real business outcomes for you.
